T&C - Lorarts

Pattern Designs

1. Every exclusive colorway can be bought once (owned) by one person only. Please DO NOT share the design with any other parties.

2. Non-exclusive colorway can be bought multiple times by many different customers.

3. The designs are purposed for fabric printing only.

4. It allows you to print up to 500 meters/colorway. If you need to print in a bigger amount, please contact me.

5. You can’t sublicense, sell, or distribute the file to any other parties, in person or online, except for printing.

6. You can’t modify the original file. If you need help, please let me know, I will be happy to help.

7. Colour may be slightly changed when printed onto fabrics. I will not be liable for print quality.

8. Purchasing means that you own the license to use the file, NOT the properties.

9. Existing properties can be used for future designs for @lorapatterns.

10. Claim via Instagram will be kept for max 48 hours after the invoice has been sent to your email. The design will be available for sale again after that. Please let me know if you need extra time.

11. Customer who claims via Instagram and cancels it (unpaid invoice, uncontactable) are allowed to purchase via website only for future designs.

12. Any reasons for cancellation or return are not accepted. Please make sure to check your order before purchasing.

13. Please make sure to check your file before it goes to print. I will not take responsibility for any errors.

If one day a party breached the T&C, the guilty party must pay compensation for any damages and loss to other parties who have been injured.

14. By purchasing, you agree to the T&C written above.

Clipart PNG

1. You can use it for; iron transfers, sublimations, mugs, and embroidery matrix. Please confirm it with me if you plan to use it on other products.
2. Every clipart can be used up to 1000 copies (in total for all production, not each product).

For example: 500 copies for iron transfers and 500 copies for mugs.

3. You CAN’T use the PNG for panel design.

4. You CAN’T use the PNG for creating new fabric design.

5. You CAN’T re-use the clipart for any seamless designs.

6. You CAN’T use it to sell art prints.
7. DO NOT resell, sublicense, distribute or share the files to anyone, except for printing purposes.
8. You CAN’T use the images for any Print on Demand and upload it on platforms such as, RedBubble, Society 6, Teepublic, etc.
9. You CAN’T upload the images to any microstocks or other graphic resources such as Etsy, Freepik, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, etc.
10. Legal action and compensation fee will be taken for breaking the terms.
11. By purchasing, you agree to the T&C listed above.

Panel & Allover Designs

1. You can order the panel & allover designs from me via DM @lorapatterns.

2. Size can be adjusted based on your request.

3. Exclusive colorway panels can only be ordered by customers who purchase the pattern design with exclusive colorway.

4. Other customers who don’t purchase the exclusive pattern can order the panel with different colorway (other than the exclusive ones).

5. Panel can’t be printed repeatedly as it may seem like a pattern design.

6. By ordering, you agree to the T&C listed above.

Watercolor Vectors

You CANNOT

1. Sublicense, sell, rent, transfer the assets to anyone in person or online.

2. Modify the main object of the assets. You may add other elements to complete your designs but not to change the shape or main characteristics of the asset.

3. Use the assets as a logo or any other trademarks.

4. Make any immoral or illegal contents (sex, race, religion, culture, place, etc) that may offend any parties.

You CAN:

1. You can use it for any commercial use, such as, iron transfer, embroidery, invitation, labels, mugs, sublimations, pacifiers, etc as long as you don’t claim the ownership of the properties.

2. Every image can be used up to 500 copies (total for all production, not each product).

Microstocks

If you purchased the illustrations from a microstock please read the Terms Of Use below

Please note that purchasing license doesn’t mean transfer rights. You can use (as what has been agreed) but not own the properties.
